National Urban League Post-Secondary Success Program
Project Ready program is a college and career access program that offers research & evidence-based programming to students in grades 6 through 12. The Program offers a comprehensive approach to addressing young people's academic, social & emotional needs while exploring and planning for the transition from high school to college, work & life. Kuder is an online career exploration tool for all Project Ready students enrolled in the Program. This site lets students discover how their interests and skills match various educational and career paths.
Urban Youth Pathways is a workforce readiness program for youth and young adults ages 14-21, designed to prepare participants to obtain jobs and develop careers that pay living wages with good benefits. The Program provides youth, and young adults support in academics and skill building, exposure to careers in varied industries, placement in work experiences, and supportive services. Kuder Navigator offers career assessments and career exploration activities. Kuder is also a resource for college and post-secondary education preparation.
